In 2005, Wayne Miller entered the roofing industry as a young and eager to learn worker. He started in residential with a few commercial jobs and began looking for a niche from there.

With a focus on building long-term relationships with building owners, material suppliers and vendors, and team members now and long-term before and after the project is completed, Wayne started WM Commercial Roofing to fill a gap in the commercial roofing industry.

Our team, which combines for almost 10 decades of roofing experience, provides a custom approach to every commercial roof based on the business being operated under it.
